What are the stories we want to tell? This prompt was asked of each participant at Native Arts and Culture Foundation’s first in-person event since the start of the pandemic. During the six hour event, participants were invited to write a few lines of poetry and set them in type to be printed. Each print is added one by one to a large cedar board, sending up the Indigenous community’s stories as much as poetry as prayer.
